The Bar

The other night I discovered something magical. I washed my hair and face with a new product my fiance gave me. A bar of soap. Special soap, for hair and skin.

The bar lathered up quickly in my hands. With just a few applications I had enough to clean my relatively thick hair. It left my hair feeling clean and thick and not dried out.

This bar is so wonderful for so many reasons. First: minimal packaging! It had two stickers on it - nothing compared to shampoo bottles, which have really started to concern me.
Second: doesn't take much to get my hair clean. So it will last and last!
Third: easy to travel with. No worries about spilling; I don't have to take it out of my bag when I go through airport security (is that an oxymoron? celebrating the environmental benefits of a product to use while traveling?).

All in all: a winner!
